As a standard for measuring antioxidant power working Brunswick Laboratories. closely with the USDA, has improved and validated a method called ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity).  The ORAC score is the commercial method of choice in the food and nutrition industries to measure antioxidant power. 

Brunswick Laboratories has now developed the “Total ORAC_FN” to test for all five of the major free radicals found in the human body.  (The “fn” stands for “food and nutrition".)
